Known use: Used in Cameroonian traditional medicine for the treatment of fever. In Congo its stem bark decoction is used in the treatment of hernia, while the root decoction is taken as a purgative and to treat stomach-ache, ovarian problems, venereal diseases, bronchitis and fever.
